Qualifications

  • Proven track record with 3-5 years of successful sales experience, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Background in Banking, Finance, Commercial Real Estate, or Fundraising, providing a solid foundation for navigating diverse markets.
  • Exceptional spoken communication skills, adept at conducting Investor Intro Calls with confidence and professionalism.
  • Strong proficiency in professional business writing, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients, investors, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM management, particularly with tools like HubSpot, ensuring meticulous organization and efficient data recording.
  • Proven experience in the term sheet and contracting processes, navigating legal complexities, and ensuring compliance.
