Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive role entails establishing and nurturing relationships within designated marketing lists. The responsibilities encompass organizing 3-5 initial appointments per week for the Sales Team, while diligently maintaining list updates through the CRM System. The role involves making a minimum of 100 daily phone calls to prospects, utilizing various channels such as phone, LinkedIn, and email to engage the nurture list, and managing call backs and activity queues effectively. The emphasis is on building valuable business relationships with contacts, utilizing company content, meetings, and events to deliver value. The role also involves identifying prospects ready to enter the sales process, qualifying suspects provided by the company, and booking 3-5 First Time Appointments (FTA’s) weekly with Decision Makers (DM’s) at qualified companies for Sales Executives. This position requires consistent engagement with Senior decision makers, regular coaching meetings with the Business Development Team Leader, participation in sales and marketing meetings, and attending weekly company-wide gatherings.
