Business Development Officer
The Business Development Officer is a crucial role responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and understanding client needs to recommend our range of services. They will maintain regular communication with the Director of Sales & Marketing, schedule and handle client calls, conduct comprehensive presentations, follow up with clients regarding the VA Blueprint, collaborate with the Talent & Matching team to ensure service delivery, track client requirements, execute effective sales follow-up processes, report to the Director of Sales & Marketing, negotiate and close deals, align with the Marketing team for optimal strategies, conduct market research, prioritize customer satisfaction and relationship building, achieve weekly and monthly KPIs, leverage marketing-generated leads and referrals, and proactively generate leads to contribute to VAB Sales. Monthly commissions will also be provided.
