- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the promotional products industry. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a must. The candidate must also be familiar with design software such as SketchUp or SolidWorks for 3D rendering and product mockup software such as Mockup Studio or SmartMockups.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, with an eye for detail and precision. The candidate should have experience working with different file types, file sizes, and resolutions for both print and web.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with Sales and Production teams, understand client needs and preferences, and present design proofs for approval.
