IT Systems Analyst

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to deliver comprehensive Tier I-III technical support to clients both remotely and onsite, extending assistance to internal employees as well. Additionally, the position entails offering IT and security consulting services to clients, ensuring a holistic approach to addressing their technological needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical support experience.
  • Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, VMWare, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with the Autotask ticketing system and Datto RMM remote monitoring tool.
  • Experience with security solutions such as Rapid7, Nessus, or other open-source security tools.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
