Their multifaceted responsibilities are integral to the smooth functioning of real estate operations and the maintenance of strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate and establish fair rental values for various properties.
  • Proven track record of identifying potential houses, curating a selection of suitable options, and presenting them effectively for decision making.
  • Active experience in regularly monitoring and participating in team communication using Slack, ensuring seamless information exchange.
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently sort, prioritize and manage support tickets received through Fresh Desk email.
  • Demonstrable capability in promptly and courteously managing incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Must be residing in Cagayan de Oro City.
