- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
- Knowledge of business processes and best practices, with a strong understanding of virtual assistance services.
- Proficient in project management and resource allocation, with the ability to monitor and report on team performance and progress.
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that the team adheres to all necessary guidelines and standards.
- Experience in client-facing roles, including communication and problem-solving skills when dealing with clients and stakeholders.

The Virtual Assistant Team Leader will play a critical role in leading the team. The main responsibilities of this role include providing guidance and support to the VAs, setting clear team goals, monitoring performance, and developing effective strategies to ensure team members comply with company regulations and achieve their performance objectives. In addition, they will be responsible for executing VA tasks in their absence if required, particularly for critical tasks identified by the client. The Team Leader will also act as the first point of contact to manage client communications, ensuring that all interactions are professional, timely, and efficient. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team of remote employees in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
