Training Specialist

Job Description

As a Training Specialist, your responsibilities encompass training facilitation, content development/module creation, and monitoring. You will be responsible for conducting training programs and modules for new and existing employees using various formats, such as group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos. Additionally, you will conduct training orientations and pre-training assessments for newly onboarded employees. Your role will also involve designing and expanding training modules to meet the company’s needs, delivering e-learning packages, and managing the overall delivery of training programs. You will collaborate with supervisors and leaders to address specific training challenges and adapt training materials to align with changes in the work environment. Staying informed about new technologies and methodologies will be crucial to enhance employee training and development. In terms of monitoring, you will perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth training operations, such as managing trackers, scheduling touchbase calls, and coordinating with other departments. In summary, as a Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating effective training, developing training content, and monitoring training processes to support the growth and development of employees within the organization.


  • This will be a hybrid set-up so the candidate will be reporting on-site twice a week.
  • Possesses a bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent relevant experience, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • Brings a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the BPO industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  • Exhibits an exceptional level of dedication and consistently goes above and beyond the expected responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, effectively conveying ideas and information.
