As a Training Specialist, your responsibilities encompass training facilitation, content development/module creation, and monitoring. You will be responsible for conducting training programs and modules for new and existing employees using various formats, such as group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos. Additionally, you will conduct training orientations and pre-training assessments for newly onboarded employees. Your role will also involve designing and expanding training modules to meet the company’s needs, delivering e-learning packages, and managing the overall delivery of training programs.
