We are seeking an effective, motivated, and hard-working Virtual Assistant to handle various administrative tasks. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include Invoice Management, Lead Qualification, Zoho CRM Management, Sales Calls, and Competitive and Keyword Analysis

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in effectively managing outbound call campaigns.
  • Proficiency in conducting competitive and keyword analysis using tools like SemRush.
  • Experience in initial discovery calls for potential leads (screening).
  • Formatting distribution lists for clients using Excel.
  • Proficient in validating invoices for clients using accounting systems such as Zoho and DEXT.
  • Capability to create blog packs, including online links, cover images, word docs, etc., using Adobe.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and organizing emails effectively.
  • Experience in setting up meetings for new leads and follow-up.
  • Proficient in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Skill in managing the calendar.
